Policies

Q: What is the warranty on your paver products?

A: We provide a lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of the pavers. This warranty does have certain restrictions.


Q: How do color samples on my monitor compare to actual paver products?

A: Due to the large variety and variances of computer monitors on the market today, we cannot guarantee that the color or range of colors displayed by your monitor will match exactly to the actual color of the product that’s being displayed. Electronically reproducing color on the Internet is an imprecise proposition. However, we don't expect you pick out a color based on digital pictures. We will bring you exact samples of every color combination so you can hold them in your hands and even place on your property for comparison.


Q: Do you charge a sales tax?

A: We don’t charge sales tax.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Yes we do a catalog with extensive pictures of both commercial and residential work. To view this catalog on line (pdf file) please click here.


Q: How do the quality of your pavers compare with other paver installers?

A: The quality of the pavers we install meets or exceeds that of other paver installers. We do not offer only one brand of paver. We offer Tremron, Flagstone, Paver Systems, and C&D Thin Pavers all of which are widely known to be of the highest quality. This flexibility for you to choose from products offered by the 4 top paver manufacturers separates us from the smaller outfits than can offer you only one cheap imitation. Our paver products have a lifetime warranty, of which you will not find most anywhere.


Q: What Areas do you Serve?

A: We do installations in St Augustine, St Augustine Beach, Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach and the greater North Florida areas. However, if you have a larger size job we will venture outside of those areas.

Q: How do I price out a paver installation at my home?

A: The best way is to just let us do the work. We can come to your home and give you a free estimate very quickly. In addition, you will get to see some samples first hand.


Q: How much will it cost?

A: Depending on the scope of your job, your price per square foot could be as low as $4 or as high as $10. The location of your job, the size, unique attributes, and product selected affect this price range. You can get an exact quote by getting a free estimate.


Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: We do sell our pavers for $2.25/square foot directly to the homeowner; however, we do not assume any liability for the installation or manufacturing integrity of the product. (This price does not include tax or freight)

Q: What are my payment options?

A: You may pay by check or money order.


Q: When will I be charged for your services?

A: For most residential projects, we require a 50% deposit when we start working. Then 25% on delivery of materials. Once the job is complete, you pay the final 25%.


Q: If I place an order, will I receive an order confirmation?

A: Yes, your order will be confirmed through e-mail almost immediately.


Q: Can I change or cancel my order after its been placed?

A: All products are custom made to order. Production normally begins 1 week after an order is placed. We will be glad to change or cancel your order as long as we are contacted in time.


Q: How long will it take for my job to be installed?

A: Once your order is placed, the job, depending on the products you select, typically will be ready for installation within 1 to 3 weeks.

Technical

Q:How do I properly measure my driveway, pool deck, sidewalk, or patio?

A: It is best to have one of our estimators measure the space you are thinking about having paver installed on. Measuring is especially difficult on the more complex surfaces and minor mis-measurement can cause huge headaches later.


Q: Where can I look at samples or who should I contact for a free estimate

A: One of our professional sales representatives will then come to your site, measure the area, issue you an estimate and show you samples of the products. Additionally, the manufacturers who we purchase material from have various product showrooms throughout Florida that are at our disposal for product display and sample selection.


Q: Can we put these on our driveway, will they hold up when we drive on them?

A: YES! One of the great aspects of pavers is that when they are installed, there isn’t a grout involved. They are completely separated from one another, thus they don’t crack like a normal concrete driveway will.


Q: How are they installed?

A: We will level/smooth any cracks or depressed areas on your project area. Then the we will “thin set” a border, meaning we'll will affix the border pavers to your existing surface with mortar. Next we will spread about a quarter of inch of sand across the interior surface. Finally the infield pavers will be laid in the pattern of your choice.
